Default local customs

I'm writing an article for children about baseball around the world. Can anyone help with with some local variations or customs? I'm thinking of a twist on the rules or special songs or chants or foods? Thanks much.

Default Quirks

Sorry if it's late - I made this video at Haarlemse Honkbalweek in Haarlem, Netherlands last summer - just one of the things they did between innings to keep the crowds entertained. I thought it was really weird:
