Three games on Monday afternoon closed out a long week in the Czech Extraleague. After beating the ARROWS last Wednesday and winning twice against the TEMPO TITANS on the weekend, TECHNIKA BRNO lost 2-3 against OSTRAVA today. They now trail leader AVG DRACI BRNO by two games in the loss column, but still made a game up over the weekend. DRACI surprisingly lost both ends of a doubleheader in Prague against the EAGLES on Saturday. PRAGUE and OSTRAVA currently battle with MZLU EXPRESS and SKOKANI OLOMOUC for the two playoff spots besides DRACI and TECHNIKA. MZLU and EXPRESS split a two-game series over the weekend.
