DINAMO BUKAREST from Romania won the eleventh edition of the international baseball tournament Finkstonball in Attnang-Puchheim. Twelve teams competed over four days against each other. BUKAREST beat the German second division club BAD HOMBURG HORNETS 3-2 in the finals. VINDIJA VARAZDIN secured third place with a victory against KRANJSKI LISJAKI in the bronze medal game.

Regarding the side events: The Australian Luke Suters from the DORNBIRN INDIANS got the win in the homerun derby with seven homeruns in ten tries.* The Austrian National Team won in front of 500 people in the stands the official opener against an all star squad 14-4 on Saturday.
