Update of status of our tournament held July 24th thru August 2nd in Crystal Lake, Illinois:

At the 15U level we anticipate having 54 to 60 teams this year. Committed to date are teams from Japan, two teams from Puerto Rico, Dominican Republic, Brazil, Sri Lanka and two from Canada. The Bahamas and New Zealand are looking to participate this year as well.

USA teams from New York, Pennsylvania, Georgia, Florida, Maryland, Texas, Arkansas, Michigan, Wisconsin, Iowa, Illinois, Massachusetts, Indiana, Ohio California, and North Carolina have committed.

We are also hosting 9U, 11U, and 13U age as well, we are anticipating over 100 teams from around the world to compete.

Congrats to Team Japan 15U Champions!! Defeated Puerto Rico 8 to 5 in the Championship game.

Tennesee Raptors finsh third and Laredo Texas fourth.

Total of 46 teams from 9 countries and 20 states.

9 international teams in 2009, looking to expand to 16 teams in 2010. All nine countries (Japan, Puerto Rico, Dominican Republic, Canada (Two teams), Panama, Brazil, New Zealand and Russia) said they will be back in 2010!
