I Realize That Clubs Are Set For This Season But With Clubs Actually Seeing That A 'change" Is Necessary To Be Competitive, Then A Coach Of My Calibre Just May Be A Topic For Discussion.
As My Experince In The Dutch Head Class- Club Board Members Always Are Discussing What Is Necessary To Improve Their Club And Memberships. Therefore, If A Board Is Given Enough Time To Find Finances And Sponsors Then A Coach Can Be Hired For The Off Season And Make Early Changes That Are Necessary In Preparation For The Actual Indoor Trainings And The Actual Season.
Baseball Is On People's Minds Now And Just To Add A Option In Their Plans May Just Be What A Club Wants To Do Down The Line.
