Hungarian Baseball Club Szentendre Sleepwalkers (small town near Budapest) is looking for a coach for season 2009.
The club has 4 teams:
- 1st division seniors (5 time national champions, winners of past season championship and national cup). Plays also in Slovenian-Croatian-Serbian-Hungarian Interleague.
- 2nd division seniors (called Szentendre Cardinals, mainly giving possibility for younger players to gain experience)
- U14 kids
- girls softball

Job description:
Halftime job.
Trainings every weekday afternoon (after 3 PM), with two different teams each day. One free afternoon possible by agreement.
2 games every weekend
Playing in the senior team also possible (any position welcome)

Facts about Hungarian baseball:
Defenitely NOT a top league in Europe, but there is perspective in its developement. Players are all amateurs with a full-time job or school engagement.

What we can offer:
Accomodation, covering some costs (overhead, internet, travelling to games), plus a modest salary (by agreement)
