Default German small town team looking for coach / player.

Maybe there is some player/coach who would like to go abroad for half a year (April-September) to coach us and play in Germany. That doesn't necessarily have to be the best player because we a rather looking for a coach than for a player. He should have knowledge about the game of baseball and some leadership-qualities wouldn't harm.

We had American coaches in the past and so we thought of having another one – or from a european country like czech - this year. Except for a few veterans we are 17 to 22 years old. Thus we are willing to practice hard in order to put our game to another level.

So if you are a candidate for such a job, please let us know. Of course we would also give you then more information about the team, the town, financial issues or everything else you or he would like to know.

Thank you,
Sincerely

Default professional player/coach

My name is Nat Ballenberg and I am interested in playing baseball in Europe this coming season.

I’m a former collegiate and professional pitcher, having played four years for Haverford College(2003-2007) and one season of pro ball in the Israel Baseball League(2007), where I led the league in appearances.

I throw five pitches (fastball, changeup, curveball, slider, and knuckleball) for strikes, and can be used as both a starter and a reliever.

I can also be used as a middle infielder or third baseman. I hit from the left side of the plate and am a consistent contact hitter.

I’ve been working as a coach for the past seven years, teaching both hitting and pitching in one on one, camp, and full team settings.

I can be reached via email at yanksbutch@gmail.com, or via phone at (201) 317-5872. Thank you for your time, and I look forward to hearing from you soon.
