Default Baseball question

I have some question about how a player can play for another national team. For example: I am 30 percent Czech and i can prove that my great grandfather came from there. Now if the Czech republic play in the world classic and if they want a player from USA to play for them and that players family came from the czech republic. Can that player play for that national team?

If I am right the link towards a country, according WBC rules, goes back to the great grand parents.
