Good morning,
I am new to the site, and just have a few questions. I was just wondering if anyone could compare the leagues in europe to the Intercounty Baseball league in ontario. I don't mean pay and benefits, i mean the caliber of baseball, mainly the pitching and pop times of the catchers.

What do most pitchers top out at (obviously very tough question to answer, but Im sure there is a general answer that will sum up alot of the pitchers)?
