Dimitar Nassapov:
"My name is Dimitar Nassapov from Bulgaria. I am 20 years old and I am looking for a strong team to continue to develop myself as a baseball player. I was selected twice to participate in the Major League Baseball European Academy in 2005 and 2007. I was also awarded MVP and Best righthanded pitcher in the 2006 European Championship Under 21.


When I am not pitching I also play infield-mostly 2B and 3B, sometimes SS, and I am the second catcher for both my club and the national team. I have been playing in Bulgaria all my life and for the last couple of years I have been coaching the cadet team and helping to improve baseball in Bulgaria.


I really believe my best years are yet to come. I have lead the championship with most strikeouts for the last 4 years and have an average ERA 3.00."
